Gala Residences is an alliance of specialized firms led by Galindo Ingeniería, responsible for the structure, the construction and the management of the project. QALA ARQ is the partner firm for architecture, interiors and furniture: beyond the design, they manufacture the complete fit-out of every space (countertops, built-in and modular furniture, doors, skirting and every interior detail). Over time we add other partner firms to cover further specialties, always under one contract and one management.

Construction is where the firm began. Mario Galindo Rojas, its founder, built three major works that still stand and are in use today: two churches and an Olympic swimming pool.

We work with multidisciplinary BIM coordination: architecture, structure and building systems are planned in a single model, which lets us set realistic schedules and keep them. Every schedule is approved with the client before construction starts and is supervised weekly.
